Apex / Ryan Stewman / Est. 2012
Almost none of us were taught a structure to live by. We watched our parents, picked up what we liked, threw out what we didn't, and called that a life. Then we wondered why we kept landing in the same place.
Apex is the structure. Three pillars, three systems, one room. Your character, your code, and the machine that pays for all of it.

Know your enemy
Sun Tzu said if you're going to war, identify your enemy and identify their strongest weapon. Most people stay stuck their whole life because they never named the thing they're fighting. It isn't the economy. It isn't the other party. It isn't the guy across the street.
There's an algorithm running this planet, and it pulls everything back toward the middle. You wanted to be an astronaut until you saw the tuition. You lost thirty pounds and found sixty. You got the promotion and the truck payment showed up to eat it. That pull has a name. Ryan calls it the Force of Average.
The line most people never leave
Here's the part nobody tells you. You were made in the image and likeness of the One who built the whole system. He would not put you here, hand you that, and then leave you unarmed. The weapon is focus. It sounds too simple to matter, which is exactly why it still works.
Think about the last time you bought a car. Before you bought it you'd swear you never saw that model on the road. Then you drive it home and suddenly they're at every light, in every parking lot, three of them on your street. Nobody went out and bought one the same weekend you did. They were always there. You just weren't set to notice them.
They were always there. You just weren't looking.Ryan Stewman / on the reticular activating system
That switch has a name. The reticular activating system, the part of your brain that decides what makes it through and what gets filtered out. It's already running. Right now it's set to whatever the feed handed you this morning.
The deals were always there too. The people who would do business with you, the opening in your market, the money sitting in the contacts you already have. Apex turns the noticer on and points it at those instead.
Focus is a muscle. Ten second videos have been eating yours for years. This is where you rebuild it, then aim it at something worth hitting.
The three pillars
These are not three ideas we talk about. They are three systems, each with a course already built and waiting inside the community. You run them in order because each one holds up the next.
The internet is busy telling young men to fix their jawline and telling women that a high value life comes with a purse. Society pretends to value that. It doesn't. Society values four things, and every one of them is something you build rather than buy.
Live by these and you become valuable by default, because you are running on the same operating values the whole world already rewards.
No excuses, front end or back. Celebrities go on apology tours because they know the crowd forgives the person who owns it. Cheaper move is not doing the thing you'd have to apologize for.
Your word is currency. Ryan personally guaranteed a deal COVID killed and paid two investors back $300,000 out of his own pocket. Those men would wire him money today without a contract.
Above and beyond. Chick-fil-A beat everybody with two phrases and worse chicken. People value the ones doing what nobody else bothers to do.
Nothing excellent shows up without work. An excellent marriage means date night every Wednesday for twelve straight years, whether you feel like it or not.
Five things you score every single day. Not a mood board and not a manifestation exercise. A scorecard, because what gets measured gets improved, and because moving the needle one percent a day is 365 percent a year.
Most people hang their happiness on a future event, so the goalpost moves every time they reach it. Be grateful now and everything that comes later lands as extra.
Discipline the body and the mind follows. Your brain calls for a stop at forty percent of your actual reserve. Growth lives in the other sixty.
Annual goals give you 364 days of not having to face the truth. Break it to a daily number and you go to sleep every night knowing whether you won.
Nobody on a deathbed asks for more money. They ask for more time with their people. So you log who got your attention today.
Say what you see so you can hear what you say. Repetition rewires belief, which means the curses you mutter all day are working just as hard as the prayers.
You go to bed knowing
whether you won.
That's the whole mechanism. Not a vision board and not a journal prompt. Five boxes, every night, and a number you can't argue with.
Annual goals hand you 364 days of not having to look. You can miss a year and pour a drink about it. It is a lot harder to blow off a Tuesday when the box is sitting there empty and you know exactly why.
Miss one and nothing bad happens. Miss the same one for eleven days straight and the card tells you something about your life that you already knew and were not saying.
The average person burns four hours a day on social media watching whatever the feed decides to hand them. Same platform, same four hours, same opportunity. The difference is whether you showed up by default or by design.
This is the part that pays for everything else.
Twenty five names you actually want business from. If you can't list twenty five, that should scare you. If you can but won't write them down, that's a belief problem we work on.
Three people a day. Two comments and one DM. You cycle the whole list every two and a half weeks, forever, without ever pitching a stranger cold.
Every notification with your face on it is a deposit. People buy from who they know and trust, and they cannot trust someone they've never noticed exists.
Have an experience. Extract the lesson. Entertain the audience. Every fourth or fifth post mentions what you do for a living, and that's how referrals start arriving unannounced.

Great to be a valuable person. Great to live by the code. But if you don't have any money, none of that matters.Ryan Stewman / on why all three or none
Character without cashflow is broke and noble. Cashflow without character is the guy who blows up eighteen months from now and can't work out why. The stool needs all three legs.
Proof
Two eight figure operators. Two men past $15M in sales. An attorney, a contractor, a founder who started from nothing. Different industries, same three pillars.
"I invested in Apex and watched Stewman lead the way. I didn't reinvent the wheel, I just did exactly as he taught and trusted the process. Now I own an 8 figure per year business and just bought my dream car, a 2006 Porsche Carrera GT. All the while using Stewman's example to have a happy marriage and amazing kids."
"Since joining Apex I have started and grown an 8 figure HVAC company. On top of that Stewman showed me what it was to live my dream life and I'm proud to say that I now live it every day."
"I went to work for Ryan when I was a teenager. I took action on everything he taught me, from how to be a good husband, good father, and good business owner. Now I'm a husband, father and successful business owner with over $15M in sales under my belt before age 30."
"I met Ryan in 2017 at an event he hosted. I later joined forces with Ryan and started selling for him. I've made over $15M in sales for Apex and earned 7 figures for myself in the meantime. Stewman changed my life."
"A friend of mine recommended I join Apex and I'm glad I listened to her. Since joining Apex I've launched and sold multiple businesses, all while living my dream life with my wife and kids."
"Joining Apex gave me the confidence to start my own business. Albeit tough at times like any other business, I'm now living my dream life, with brand deals I would have never dreamed possible before."
"Since joining Apex I moved my family from upstate New York to Texas and have since grown a highly profitable law practice while being married to my best friend and raising our amazing children."
What comes with the room
A course you finish and forget. A room keeps working on you. Here's what's waiting the minute you're in.
Apex HQ · Fly-In Friday · The Apex Lounge · Members on the road
Three systems
RISE, the G Code Life System, and Build Your Machine. Each pillar built out as a complete course you can work through at your own pace and return to whenever you drift.
600+ episodes
Weekly sessions running 20 to 60 minutes, stacked up for over a decade. At this point the archive covers just about everything, and it's all searchable the day you join.
Monthly
On camera, unscripted, answering what's actually in front of you. Bring the deal you're stuck on and the real problem underneath it.
Weekly
A standing session with an Apex team member. This is where the accountability lives, because knowing what to do was only ever half the battle.
Always on
Operators, brokers, attorneys, contractors, and owners who run the same code. The connections members make in here tend to outlast the reason they joined.
Built in
The G Code turns into a daily number you either hit or you don't. No hiding behind a January resolution you get to ignore until December.
The part nobody advertises
Every one of these could have led with money. Read what they led with instead.
"I joined Apex before it was even called Apex. Ryan Stewman has been my coach for almost 2 decades now. Because of what Stewman has coached me on, I'm known in my market as the referral queen, and I've leveraged social media strategies Ryan teaches to make me one of the top insurance agents in the country."
"I can't tell you how many amazing friends I've made through my time as an Apex member. As a successful and busy entrepreneur it's not always easy to meet great people, but Apex has been a major blessing to me and has brought amazing people into my life."
"Apex has absolutely changed my life. I dove into building my machine and I get more of my referrals from what I learned in Apex than anything else. Not to mention all of the amazing connections I've made with other members."
"Joining Apex changed my entire life. I run a large real estate organization as well as own an MMA gym. Apex helped me design the life I wanted to live, and actually live it."
"When I first got here to the USA one of the first things I did was join Apex. Since joining I've got married, am raising two amazing children and obtained my real estate broker license in the state of Texas. Apex absolutely changed my life for the better."
"Apex gave me the mindset to take control back of my health. With the Apex community cheering me on, I've lost over 100 pounds."

We are moving
Apex has run 2,200 members strong for years. We are moving the whole community off Facebook and onto Skool, so the courses, the lives, the huddles and the payments all live in one place instead of four.

FYE
That was 2012. Ryan booked a room, promoted it hard, and five human beings walked in. He ran another one two months later and three showed up. The next drew ten. The one after that, one or two.
Seven years in he was still filling rooms with thirty people. Any reasonable person would have called it and gone to find something easier. He kept going instead.
In 2022 he filled a stadium, and then had to rent a second one down the road because too many people came. Goggins spoke. So did Ed Mylett and Eric Thomas.
That is the whole thing. The systems on this page work, but they work on a delay, and the delay is where almost everybody quits. Six months in they decide it isn't paying and walk, never finding out that month seven was the one.
You already know what to do. That was always half the battle. The other half starts when you stop reading.
